¿What is

The Menu

It is a celebration of the spicy culture, it consists of a tasting menu prepared by chef Andrea Sandoval, in which, depending on the variety of chilies available at the time, she creates dishes that seek to make the richness of the spicy culture known to the length and breadth of our country. It is a time to relax, have a beer, listen to music and enjoy the gastronomy of our country in the company of our friends.

The menu is designed to create captivating experiences that manage to convey our commitment to publicize the different varieties of chilies in Mexico, many of them forgotten and in danger of disappearing. 

The menu depends entirely on the season and the availability of ingredients that we receive every day at La Flor de Jamaica.

Andrea Sandoval

Egresada del Superior de Gastronomía, apasionada de la cocina mexicana, su historia y sus sabores. Cursó diplomados en la Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana, Escuela de Gastronomía Mexicana (Esgamex) y Fundación Herdez sobre investigación y turismo gastronómico.
