Objective

It is a cultural and gastronomic experience that takes the best of the chili workshop and adds a menu carefully designed by our chef Andrea Sandoval with the aim of immersing guests in the narrative around chili and the culture of spiciness in Mexico. It is our most exclusive service in which the focus is set on offering a service full of details and elegance that enrich the experience of our guests.

The menus are designed according to the season of the year and the ingredients available, as well as the different varieties of little-known or scarce chilies that we receive each month from different regions of the country.

Explain to our guests the deep culture and relationship that exists between Mexicans and chili while they experience first-hand its flavors and varieties served in creative and unimaginable ways that make them understand that relationship between chili and human being, that means much more than just get spiced, but to find colors, flavors and textures that are found in a different way in each of the existing varieties in Mexico.

It is the ideal experience to share with our guests in a cultural, relaxed and creative environment that encourages coexistence among attendees. Surprise yourself, experience and understand much more about this great ingredient that gives us identity as Mexicans.
