Cancellation Policy

- The total percentage of the amount paid in advance may be returned in full up to 48 hours after it has been made. (Less bank or transfer fees if applicable) - After those 48 hours, 50% will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 8 days before the agreed date for the service. (Less bank or transfer fees if applicable) - In case of cancellations made 8 days or less before the start of the experience, there are no refunds.
